The Competitiveness Institute 5th Global Conference "Connecting Clusters" held in Cairns, Australia, 9-11 October 2002, featured a research forum where ten conference letters were presented in two tracks, these tracks being associated with the emerging areas of: Knowledge Flow and Applying Cluster Business Models. This conference event was co-ordinated by the Centre for Regional Innovation and Competitiveness.
