Since 1998 members of CRIC have been engaged in a dedicated program of research around a number of themes:

The CRIC Research Framework
While there are a number of discrete program areas, there is a conceptual framework which links these. The conceptual framework is built around three themes.

Creating new services, new products and sustainable approaches to business planning is central to future regional prosperity.
Innovation is the key to foster creativity and give employees the freedom to take risks and try new ideas.
Innovation is about sharing knowledge and using it to advantage.
