David joined CRIC in 2005, after five years experience within the market research industry. He is responsible for the design, implementation and conduction of CRIC research projects. Although David’s experience covers a range of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, his speciality area is data analysis using a variety of advanced multivariate techniques.

| Research Profile: |
David’s research is focused on social and market research. His research interests include market orientation, innovation, destination marketing, consumer behaviour, psychometrics, regional development and strategic planning. His Honours dissertation focused on service quality within visitor attractions. This research resulted in the development of an instrument, called ATTRACTQUAL, which has specifically been designed to measure and enhance the quality of services provided by visitor attractions.
